Running Your Clinic on Roshtah From Any Country

What changed

Roshtah used to ask you which country you were in before it would show you anything. That made sense when each market was effectively a separate product with its own catalogue and its own way of taking payment. It does not make sense now.

Today there is one Roshtah. You sign up, and the things that genuinely depend on where you are — your currency, your language, your dialling code, the specialty list that matches how medicine is organised locally — are worked out from your connection and your phone number. There is no country question to answer.

What that means when you sign up

• No country selector. Your phone number's country code is preselected for you. If it guesses wrong, change it on the field itself.
• Language follows the region we detect, and you can switch it at any time from the header.
• Prices are shown in a currency that makes sense for you, with the billing currency stated clearly before you commit to anything.

What still depends on where you are

Being one product does not mean pretending geography is irrelevant. These still vary:

• How patients pay you locally. Card and wallet rails are country-specific by nature. A clinic in Egypt and a clinic in the Gulf will offer their patients different instant methods, because those are the methods their patients actually have.
• The specialty taxonomy. How specialties are named and grouped differs between health systems, and forcing one list on everyone makes clinicians unfindable.
• Timezone and working-week defaults, which seed your schedule so you are not fixing every slot by hand.

What no longer depends on where you are

The part that used to block new markets entirely: paying us. Your subscription and the AI add-on are collected through a single international bank transfer, so a clinic in a country where we have not signed a local payment provider can still subscribe today. Should you wait for a "local version"?

There isn't one coming, because there is no longer such a thing. The product you can sign up for now is the product. If something specific to your country is missing — a payment method your patients expect, a specialty that isn't listed — that is a gap worth telling us about, and it is a much smaller gap than waiting for a market launch.
